01Scope & who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Fusion Pro, LLC ("Pixel Fusion Pro," "we," "us," or "our") — an indie mobile game studio based in New York, USA (Long Island & Upstate NY) — collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile games, including Ludo Unbound, Quantum Collapse, Quantum Tic Tac Toe, and Celestia (together, the "Games"), and when you visit this website (the "Site"). We refer to the Games and the Site together as the "Services."

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account & profile data — such as a username, display name, or avatar you choose in a Game (for example, when using social or live-streaming features in Celestia).
• Communications — the contents of messages you send us (e.g., support requests to support@pixelfusionpro.com) and any information you include in them.
• User content — chat messages, comments, or streamed content you submit through social features.

Information collected automatically

• Device & technical data — device model, operating system, app version, language, and a mobile advertising identifier or similar identifier.
• Gameplay data — in-game progress, scores, settings, and interactions used to run and improve the Games.
• Usage & diagnostics — crash reports, performance logs, and analytics events (screens viewed, features used).
• Approximate location — coarse location inferred from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from platform providers such as Google Play and Apple App Store (e.g., purchase confirmation) and from analytics or advertising partners as described below. We do not receive your full payment card details — purchases are processed by the app stores.

03How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Games and Site;
• Save your progress, preferences, and account state;
• Enable social, multiplayer, and live-streaming features;
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance;
• Understand how features are used so we can improve them;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where required by law, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to run the Services), our legitimate interests (to improve and secure the Services), your consent (e.g., for certain advertising), and compliance with legal obligations.

04How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers — vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver analytics, report crashes, or provide customer support, acting on our instructions.
• Platform & store providers — Google and Apple, in connection with distribution, in-app purchases, and platform services.
• Other players — in social/live features, your chosen username and content you post are visible to other users.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Pixel Fusion Pro, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

05Advertising & analytics

Some Games may show advertising or use analytics tools provided by third parties. These partners may use device identifiers and usage data to measure performance and, where permitted, to show more relevant ads. On iOS, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any cross-app tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

You can typically limit ad personalization through your device's privacy settings (Google: "Ads" settings; Apple: "Tracking" and "Apple Advertising" settings).

06Children's privacy

Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@pixelfusionpro.com and we will delete it.

07Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes — for example, to maintain your game progress, resolve disputes, and comply with our obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also control certain data through your device: manage app permissions, reset your advertising identifier, and adjust ad personalization settings. You may delete a Game at any time to stop further on-device collection.

10International users

We operate from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
