GDPR & Data Rights
01Who this applies to
This page supplements our Privacy Policy for individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. It explains your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, and how Pixel Fusion Pro, LLC processes your personal data across our Games and website.
02Data controller
For the processing described in our Privacy Policy, the data controller is:
Pixel Fusion Pro, LLC
Long Island & Upstate NY, United States
Data requests: info@pixelfusionpro.com
03Legal bases for processing
We only process your personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so. Depending on the activity, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the Games and features you request (e.g., saving progress, running multiplayer).
- Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services, and to prevent fraud and abuse, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — for certain activities such as personalized advertising or optional tracking; you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to comply with laws and respond to lawful requests.
04Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it;
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restriction — ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances;
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller where feasible;
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing;
- Automated decisions — not be subject to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (we do not carry out such decision-making).
05How to exercise your rights
To make a request, email info@pixelfusionpro.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by up to two further months for complex requests, in which case we will let you know. Exercising your rights is free of charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
You can also manage some data directly: adjust app permissions, reset your advertising identifier, limit ad personalization in your device settings, or delete a Game to stop further on-device collection.
06International data transfers
We are based in the United States, so your personal data is transferred to and processed outside the EEA/UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable), together with additional measures as needed. You can request more information using the contact details below.
07Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
08Right to complain
If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes data-protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — for example, your national Data Protection Authority in the EEA, or the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK. We'd appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please consider contacting us before you do.
