This Privacy Policy explains how PixelFusionPro ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares
information when you use the Celestia live-streaming application and related services
(the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Account information — such as your username, email address, password (stored hashed), and profile details you choose to provide.
Content you create — live broadcasts, video/audio, chat messages, comments, profile photos, and other content you share through the App.
Camera & microphone — when you broadcast, we access your device camera and microphone to capture and transmit your live stream. We access them only while you are actively using broadcasting features.
Payment information — purchases of virtual gifts and other items are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.
Device & technical data — device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, and similar identifiers used for security, diagnostics, and analytics.
Push notification tokens — provided by Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications (for example, when a creator you follow goes live).
Usage data — interactions such as streams watched, follows, gifts sent, and feature usage, used to operate and improve the App.
2. How We Use Information
Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its live-streaming, chat, and gifting features.
Process purchases of virtual gifts and maintain supporter/leaderboard features.
Send push notifications and service-related communications.
Maintain safety, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms.
Analyze usage to improve performance and develop new features.
Comply with legal obligations.
3. Public Nature of Live Streaming
Celestia is a social, public platform. Content you broadcast, your profile, your username, chat
messages you send, and gifts you give may be visible to other users and viewers. Please do not share
information in streams or chat that you wish to keep private.
4. How We Share Information
Service providers — including Stripe (payments), Google/Firebase (notifications, infrastructure, analytics), and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf.
Other users — your public content, profile, and activity as described in Section 3.
Legal & safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the platform.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App,
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of
your account and associated personal data as described below.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Access, update, or correct your account information within the App.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take
appropriate steps to remove it. Some features (such as purchases) may require users to be of the age of
majority in their jurisdiction.
9. International Users
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, which may have different
data-protection laws. By using the App you consent to such transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and,
where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App.
